General Expectations
  • Maintain absolute integrity, devotion to duty, dignity of office, and avoid unbecoming behavior.
  • Prohibited: non-vegetarian food, smoking, tobacco, intoxicants.
  • Comply with senior orders and discharge duties with full capacity.
  • Supervisors must ensure their team’s integrity and devotion.
  • Conviction involving moral turpitude.
  • Public misconduct or immoral life.
  • Sending anonymous petitions or improper conduct.

Misconduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Insubordination, loitering, habitual absenteeism or lateness.
  • Theft, fraud, bribery, disclosing confidential info.
  • Indulging in strikes, unauthorized communications, political activities.
  • Possession of drugs or weapons, immoral acts, gambling.
  • Engaging in other employment or business without permission.

No employee shall:

  • Apply for or accept outside employment.
  • Engage in business/trade or enroll in education without permission.

Confidential info must not be shared outside unless authorized.

  • Unauthorized absence is misconduct.
  • Submit all representations through proper channel.
  • Teachers: Uphold professional ethics, guide students with fairness, cooperate with colleagues, respect authority, maintain contact with guardians, and contribute to society.
  • Maintain a respectful and cooperative atmosphere in the institution.
